Terms & Conditions

Any issue regarding delivery of the product will be entertained up to maximum of 5 days from the actual order delivery date provided that the article(s) being exchange is unused, clean and in its/ their original state and packaging. The Fashion Trendz will not assume any responsibility or liability and will not entertain any issue or claim, for non-delivery after expiry of aforesaid 5 days’ time period.
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange any merchandise brought from The Fashion Trendz within 5days from the original date of Delivery pf product, provided that the article(s) being exchange is unused, clean and in their original state and packaging.

Replacement against exchange will be subject to availability of the same product/similiar product of same rate. In case, the same product is not available at the store, then replacement will be adjusted against subsequent purchase at the same store or else a credit note of the equivalent amount with 90 days validity will be issued to the customer
